I thought up this pin while brainstorming valentines gifts for my bestie (don't read this christina!). It was pretty easy with 2 pieces of stiff felt, a pin back, embroidery needle, and embroidery floss. I did a blanket stitch all the way around through the two pieces of felt. You could definitely throw some cotton batting in there to make it more 3D too!
Next I am definitely going to try out an initial pin with some snazzy patterned felt I found. I'm feeling the whole "pieces of flair" (remember the facebook app??) thing these days.

I am horrible at DIY but I think that I could actually manage to do! What a cute idea!
